Spooler with horizontal winding axis collects alltypes of drawn wire onto rigid or collapsible spools. Can be used with various size and types of spools.
Type of wire: Ferrous, non-ferrous, stainless steel, and alloy.
Range of 0 of wire to be wound: from 0.8 to 5.0 mm.
Capacity and size of spools to customer requirement: 200-3000 kg.
Designed to load single spools, with flange size from diameter 200 mm to 1,800 mm.
Can be customized to use any type of spool, DIN or customer standard.
Hydraulic lifting and lowering of spools by way of conical pintles.
