Heavy-duty – High-speed wire drawing machine.
Designed to produce high-quality wire: low, medium, high carbon, stainless, zinc-coated wire or alloy wire.
Configurations from 2–16 drafts.
Capstan diameters from 300mm to 900mm.
Dancer-arm speed control.
Optional induction hardened, ceramic or tungsten carbide coating capstans.
Die boxes prepared for single or double dies, normal or pressure dies.
Optional supplemental air cooling of the wire.
Capstans provided with Cheng I Wire's superior and patented capstan cooling technology.
Direct or indirect water-cooled dies.
No specialized foundation required.
High-efficiency Cheng I Wire patented gearbox. ( >95% through the entire speed range.)
